Apartments in MOMA LIV are handed over in a green frame condition, with basic technical preparation completed for further renovation and individual interior design.
The apartments include 3.05 m ceilings, floor screed, wall puttying, plasterboard ceilings, and secure entrance doors with a metal frame, stone wool insulation and MDF finish.
The engineering preparation includes water supply points, electrical wiring to sockets, gas connection to the kitchen stove and heating boiler. Bathrooms are prepared for underfloor heating, while balconies feature water-resistant, non-slip porcelain stoneware.
The complex is built using a reinforced concrete structure, B30 concrete, Geostyle reinforcement, YTONG aerated concrete blocks, CUHADAROGLU aluminium windows and doors, and Schindler elevators.
Heating and cooling systems are individual: water-based heating through a boiler and a mini VRF system for air conditioning. The boiler, radiators, indoor and outdoor units are purchased separately by the buyer.
